Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our return process is designed to be straightforward:

• Return Window: You have 7 to 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

• Return Charges: Returns are Free of Charge. We will arrange a pickup or provide a prepaid label at no cost to you.

• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
